Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

GPU Forge rents GPU machines from cloud providers and runs them for you. This page says what we keep about you, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we keep

  • Your account: your name, your email address, and the id that Google or GitHub gives us when you sign in with them. We never see your Google or GitHub password.
  • Your machines: what you rented, where, when, for how long and what it cost, plus the logs your machines send us so we can keep them running.
  • Your payments: your balance, your top-ups and refunds. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep only the card brand, its last four digits and its expiry date, so we can show you which card is saved.
  • Access keys: we keep only a fingerprint of each key, never the key itself.

Why we keep it

To sign you in, run and bill your machines, show you your spending, stop machines when your balance runs out, prevent abuse and answer you when you write to us.

Who else sees it

  • Stripe, to take card payments.
  • The cloud providers that host your machines (for example RunPod, Vast.ai and CoreWeave), only what is needed to start and run them.
  • Our hosting (Railway and Cloudflare), which stores and serves our system.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

While your account is open. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting. Machine logs and status reports are kept only as long as we need them to run the service and fix problems.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your data, or to close your account. We answer within 30 days.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we will tell you before it applies.
