Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 October 2026

These terms are between you and GPU Forge Ltd ("GPU Forge"). By signing in or using GPU Forge you agree to them.

1. The service

GPU Forge rents GPU machines from third-party cloud providers on your behalf and runs them for you, through our website, our API and our command-line tool. Machines run on the providers' hardware; availability, speed and regions depend on them.

2. Your account

Sign in with Google or GitHub. Keep your account and your access keys safe: anything done with them counts as done by you, including by software agents you give a key to.

3. Prepaid balance and billing

  • GPU Forge is prepaid. You add money to your balance by card on our website, or a saved card is charged when you or your agent asks, or when the automatic top-up you set up runs.
  • Running machines are charged by the minute at the hourly price shown when you rent them. Stopped (parked) machines are charged the lower storage price shown for them.
  • Prices are in US dollars.
  • When your balance reaches zero, we warn you, you cannot start or wake machines, and after a short grace period your machines are deleted. Anything stored only on them is lost. Keep your balance topped up and keep copies of what matters.
  • Card top-ups go through Stripe. If a payment is reversed, we take the same amount off your balance.

4. Refunds

You can ask us for unused balance back; we review each request. Time already used on machines is not refunded.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use GPU Forge for anything illegal, to attack or break into other systems, to send spam, to harm others, or in ways a provider forbids. We may stop machines or close accounts that do.

6. Your data and content

What you run and store on your machines stays yours. You are responsible for it and for having the right to use it. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep about you.

7. No guarantee

Machines can fail, be slow or be taken back by a provider. GPU Forge is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Ending

You can stop using GPU Forge at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it applies; continuing to use GPU Forge after that means you accept it.
